Allegra® offers some exclusive types of franchise support, including:

The RightStart Program: RightStart is a three-year onboarding process for new Members that brings together Business Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure success and profitability. The goal is to help new Franchise Members achieve success quickly using a review-refine-repeat approach. The RightStart program uses several tested methods, setting clear expectations and remaining consistent.

Allegra® Performance Groups: These groups consist of five to seven Franchise Members with similar Center sales who meet twice a year to discuss all areas of their business. Each group follows a format and rules of conduct to create the most effective meeting. Prior to the meeting, each Allegra® Franchise Member submits their financial statement to the Allegra® home office. As a result, operating ratios are created and made available to discuss at the meeting. Performance Groups are consistently rated by Franchise Members as one of the most valuable support programs offered by Allegra®.

Dedicated Support Staff

More than 100 staff members in our home offices provide training and technical support as well as sales and marketing programs to support our Franchise Members. Regional personnel located throughout North America function as business consultants to help Franchise Members increase sales, maintain a higher level of profitability and improve overall operations.
